If you prefer a longer length, you can select the 2 inch extender option for a small additional fee. The three elements that combine to create our silver designer necklace include a heart that measures approximately 1/2 inch long; a cross that measures approximately 3/4 inches long; and a white freshwater pearl measuring approximately 6mm. These three elements slide independently along the chain finding their way to center.
