At Inspiranza Designs, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
